Asking For Self, Male 40, Rawalpindi
hello. I m 40 year old. in Feb,22 I come to know that my fasting sugar is about 109 and still my sugar levels are in-between 100 and 120. but my random level is normal. diabetes specialist what suggest about me......
keep it below 100 by restricting carbohydrate uptake and brisk 30 minutes walk
check HbA1C and fasting lipid profile, creatinine,uric acid,cbc,urine dr and TSH.
