She has high risk of hypoglycemia as she is on insulin mixed which itself causes late hypoglycemia and is combined with oral strong hypoglycemia agent like sulfonylureas and need to monitor for hypoglycemia episodes and needs to do counselling to identify and manage hypoglycemia episodes and the reading given is misleading as they don\'t specifi timings and use of medicine puls change in routine
