Talk to Diabetologist on Diabetes Mellitus

Sir 1.5 years ago(2021 January) I tested my blood report Weight=74 HBA1C=6.9 Cholestrol=252 Uric Acid and ALT (bit high)

Then Dr, Sajid Sohail (physian)advised Glucophage 250 mg +Avian cap+siliver I used it 2 months.

Then I tested HBA1 C= 5.7 After 2 months I left medicines of sugar. till now

Then I feel pain in my chest. I consulted kharal sb.(cardiologist) He advised me Lipiget 10mg.(TG bit disturbed)

I used half tab daily for 2 moths... Then I tested Lipid profile was ok/normal

Now weight=62 kg approx.

Now I check my HBAiC after each 3 months it's value lies near 5...4.9 etc(normal range)

But I feel weakness/high urination stool/shoulder pain

Is it necessary to check fasting/random or HBAiC is considered standard value?
