Yes It seems normal. But better you should do it 2 hrs after any meal to meet the standard criteria of diagnosis. You didn't explain Are you Diabetic or Non diabetic. There is difference between DIgnostic levels and Control level.
Anyway if you are Non diabetic previously it seems you are normal.

Yes it is lowest range of the Normal glycemic level. Some people experiences hypoglycemia on this 90mg/dl and some survive well on it.
