Asking for Father, Male, 58 years old, Out of Pakistan
I have a Question for my Father(diabetic patient since 2016) By some recent time He facing Severe Pain in his Shoulders and Arm At the Time of sleep he Cannot sleep sideways so he have to sleep Straight which is Not comfortable for him and Even Cannot lift weight easily more than 4-5 kgs (more precisely: Carry Weight by his straight arms But as He try to Lift the Pain occurs) Kindly recommend exercises or anything that would be Helpful
