If diabetes is well controlled, there is almost no effect on married life
if diabetes is uncontrolled for a long time , then it can lead to loss of libido , erectile Dysfunction, and issues with married life .
It also depends on duration of diabetes and compliance to treatment and diet and exercise routine.
In modern era , now diabetes is almost reversible with diet and exercise and ( life style modifications) and mostly people can easily control diabetes and have a good marriage life . Please consultant me if you have any issues with diabetes and can have good marriage life insh Allah
