go for the 8 hours fasting blood sugar levels
may be the lab error
or the patient has started working on the diet and exercise as the initial phase diabetic patients can be revered back to prediabetics
He should stop taking sugar. and get fasting Bood Sugar.
At this age he should take Ijnj. Insulin 70/30 10 units Sub Cutaineous.
Walk for30 min.
Let me know did he start doing dieting after his first test because some time the patient start doing precautionary dieting after a single test and again goes for test on this diet. so its not possible to diagnose.
