I have been a Type 2 Diabetic for the past 30 years. I have ED for the last 8 years and has got worse. I don't get an Erection for a full penetrative. I have seen a urologist who gave me an Erection pump. I have been using that as described. But even ofter 6 months, it has made no difference.is there anything that you can advise me.

Ed is very common due to vascular disease along with neuropathy.you can try tadalafil.sidenafil to help with vascular elements.You may want to try dapoxetine along with above medicine to see if element of PE gets any better. If non of these treatments work you have the options of local injections under urologist . In long-standing Type 2 diabetes with ED and pump failure, first do baseline tests including morning testosterone, HbA1c, lipids, TSH, prolactin and Start a proper 6–8 week trial of Tadalafil 5 mg daily. If testosterone is low (<300 ng/dl), add Testosterone Undecanoate IM replacement, as this can restore response to tablets. If tablets and pump fail, move to intracavernosal Alprostadil injections, which are effective in many diabetics. If all medical options fail, penile prosthesis implant (malleable or inflatable) is the definitive solution with high satisfaction.
