I have been a Type 2 Diabetic for the past 30 years. I have ED for the last 8 years and has got worse. I don't get an Erection for a full penetrative. I have seen a urologist who gave me an Erection pump. I have been using that as described. But even ofter 6 months, it has made no difference.is there anything that you can advise me.

If non of these treatments work you have the options of local injections under urologist .
