For GTT during pregnancy target for blood glucose after one hour is Less than 140mg/dl and 2 hours is less than 120mg /dl.This is for sure an abnormal GTT test. At the very First please change your diet to low carb high protein diet, then start checking blood glucose levels , if sugar levels are more than 95 fasting and more than 120 after 2 hours of food, you may need to start glucose age which is very safe in pregnancy. You may need insulin during later stages of pregnancy but it will depend upon your sugar levels and babies growth velocity and other factors
