Talk to Diabetologist on Headache, Low Blood Sugar Level

I sometimes develop severe headache that's too painful to bear. I am unable to figure out its reason. but, whenever this headache happens my father says me to have sweet items and then after having sweet items still sugar level comes out low. Today, happened same, I was having headache, in this condition I don't like to eat anything but still somehow I ate half roti in dinner and some fruit and 2 dates then checked sugar level and it was still 94 which according to my father In random this sugar level is too low , in random it should be above 120. I don't know what to do.
