Asslam o alikum mera sawal ye hy mere abu ki tabit day by day week hoti ja rahi hy Sugar 2013 sy start hoi 1st me 500 tk rahti thi abi 200 250 kuch day tk humlin 70 30 insulin use ki koi fahida nai howa ab asal masla ye h sugar to apni jaga pe hy leken abu ko nend nai ati raat ko valim 10 mg ki 2 tab khata hy adhi rat ko phr nend khul jati hy aur cbc lft urine total test sahi aye hy lekn abu thoda khana khata hy pet pe bharti ho jati hy aur pao aur peth be khata h jal rahy insulin ko band kiye 3 month ho gaye h abi gulcophage 500mg khata hy abu ko pao sy leker guthon tak dard rahta hy 6 month sy ghar betha hy plz help me
1. Dont play with life of your father. Need for minor adjustment.
2. Inj. Humulin 70/30 30 units subcutaineously in the morning 30 minutes before breakfast. and 16 units before dinner.
3. Tab Surbex Z 1 tablet daily after breakfast.
30 min walk morning and evening.

sugar control is mandatory to avoid sugar complications.
your father has developed sugar related complications due to prolong uncontrolled Diabetes in medical term it is called Peripheral Neuropathy due to which he is having pain in feet and legs.
For permanent solution Diabetes control is must otherwise his condition may worsens further and irreversible.
Fasting below 130 and 2 hours after meals Below 180 is what we call good sugar control.
For time being, and symptoms control
can use this medicine apart from Diabetes control
1.Cap Hilin 75 mg daily at night
2.Tab Methycobal 2 daily at evening
3.Tab Lyta 30 mg in morning
4.Cap Indrop- D 200,000 IU once every week for one month then then my monthly continued

Insulin if given in correct doses, it improves quality of life and health. You can consult any literature. Weakness is due to mismanagement.I have shared you dosage and diet chart. Manage as per instruction and keep in contact. He will be better.
