Asking For Someone else, Mother, Female, 69 Years old, F-7/2 Islamabad
My mother is diabetics patient for the past ten years. I have done her tests and the result of her HbA1c test is 7.4 now. I was wondering to know if this is too high and do I need to do some other tests as well or not?. Her other tests such as LP, UREA, CR, ELEC, MIC, ALT and UA are all normal . She is feeling shortage in breathing sometimes.
Review medicine. Restrict Sugar, Walk and exercise be included.
hbA1C is not too high ..it should be below 7

The result of ECG 0.5mm ST segment depression seen in II, III, aVF and V4 to V6.
The result of chest X- ray:
Lung bronchovascular marking are coarse with No exudative parenchymatous lung lesion seen. Cardiac size is enlarged. CTR is 14:26. Bony thorax appears intact.
Please kindly advise which doctor should I go for consultation.

7.4 is not too high get her medication reviewed and do lifestyle modification walk 30 minutes 5 days a week decrees carbohydrates rich food from diet. For shortness of breath get xray chest and ecg done.
