Meri mother diabetic hain last 5 year say heart aur bp patient bhi hain Medication Vidlagliptin+metformin 50/850 subha and 50/1000 raat loprin +atrova10mg+ Concor2.5 and covwrsam 4/5 Mujhay yeh pouchna hai kay pehlay sugar Sahi thi ab subha wali sugar week main 2 Baar low hu jati hai after 4 hrs kia karien dose kaam karien tu 2 hrs wali range khrab huti hai please guide what to do aur yeh kyn hu raha hi pehlay set thi 1.5 saal sy hb1ac 6.3 hai fasting 120 and random 2 hrs 150 tqk huti hai

when she feels low did you see the blood sugar on glucometer how much was the sugar. Secondly we must have to enquire about the dietary habits , especially the day it became low. It needs face to face counciling with the patient. Better to arrange a video consultation if your problem continues.

ok. if Vilda+ met not available in Extended or sustained release then split the 2 salts and get satisfactory results.

Vilda 50mg Twice
and
Metformin850 is replaced by Glucophage750XR in morning.
and
Metformin1000 XR in night.
Vilda itself doesn't cause hypoglycemia its metformine so better to go for XR form of 750&1000 respectively.
