Ji ho skta ha
Ji. Yeh Wapis Normal ho sakta hai. Start excercise. Dieting. Reduce carbohydrates in diet. Control weight and recheck hbA1c in 3-4 months. No sweets. No bread. No cake/biscuits/juices -not even fresh juices/cold drinks. Reduce weight to target BMI of 22 and yes your HbA1c will be normalized if you have type 2 diabetes which is because of being overweight and obese. If you weight is already with in normal range then see a doctor in person rather than online.
