Talk to Diabetologist on Related Suger
Asking for Self, Male, 31 years old, Sialkot
AoA,
My fasting suger almost near 85 and check many times.
My hba1c 5.2/ from april 2022 checked twice times.
My random suger level always after one hour 140 and then drop second hour to 115. Checked many times.
But when I drink 2 or 3 cokes in same time my random suger spikes after 30 mints upto 170 and then drop after one hour 120.
Is this dangerous?

koi zaroori hai coke peena... so stop drinking fizzy drinks... they r not healthy and moreover u must be cautious about your dietary intake.

well it is certainly controllable... 20 mins a brisk walk per day and diet control will do wonder انشاءاللہ

Aoa, i’ve check my blood suger levels after eating 45mints its 109 then again checked 109 after 2 hours but when I checked again after 3 hours its 140 without anything eating. Why this is happened and is this normal. My hba1c is 5.2 checked today again.
