My mother is heart patient, suddenly increased heart beat and have also sugar .,but now from 2 days sugar low hojati hai taking diamicron 60 mg 2 times…and galvus met 50mg/1000 mg for 2 times …what should be done and wt should be eat when have low sugar

Did you test the blood sugar when she felt this?How much was the sugar levels ?
check her sugar when she develops symptoms of low sugar......Now less than 70g/dl is called as low sugar.....Give her 1glass water and add 5 spon white sugar....

you must monitor blood sugar frequently to see the sugar levels then the dose of tablets cab be adjusted.
secondly you must go for kidney function tests to assess for kidney disease due to diabetes.

In hypoglycemic event give sweet juice to the patient and repeat the test after 30 minutes until the blood glucose level reached 100mg/dl, i would recommend to stop diamacron and revisit your doctor for change in medication.
