Talk to Diabetologist on Urge To Pee All The Time

I'm still confused if i have an UTI / OAB / PROSTAE issue

I have urge to pee all the time from last 20 days, i tried taking antibiotics and merabet/detusterol/solfien but nothing is helping. i'm a 25 year male also diabetic,

There is no blood / burning while peeing

I don't leak at all, but all the time i feel very uncomfortable because of urge to pee

1) Urine Culture is clear no bacteria detected

2) urine routine examination is clear too

3) KUB ULTRASOUND is also clear nothing unusual seen there

4) Diabetes is in control also.

Can someone help me in understandding what's going on.
