AOA I m facing eye weak adoptation problem .means jub main Kisi computer per kaam krta Hun thori dair baad mujhy Kuch BHI read Karna ke liye blur or ghiab ho jata hai . Even agar samny table per koi cheese Rakhi ho Tu wo BHI dhondny main 30 second ya 1 minutes lgta hai .. foren nhi dekhai deti .main ne kafi jga dekhya Dr saying parda thek hai aur rat KO dim dekhai deta hai compare to day .. main ne vision plus tablet kafi use ki Hain... 1. You need full refraction session (spectacles prescription) with an eye specialist.
2. You need to take half a second break after half an hour.
3. No multivitamins are usually helpful
4. Night vision problem or nyctalopia needs a retina examination. Sometimes the size of pupils also cause night vision problem
ws. focusing problems are either due to blurring of vision requiring glasses or excessive use of screen like comp. or mobile or dryness. if you dnt have any refractive error n dnt need glasses then you should take breaks from screen for 5 to 10 mins after every 30 mins of screen use.n in that break try to look far n wash your eyes.
