according to your age, hopefully it will not get weaker and will stablize but it cant be improved with diet
At age of 21, your eyesight will remain stable if there is no other eye issue. Only way to get rid of glasses is by laser surgery which is a safe procedure now.

Your glasses can be removed with painless laser but no deit will suffice it. get your self scanned by any refractive surgeon near you
