Talk to Eye Specialist on Eye Sight/ Vision Problem

Hi. My mother had laparoscopy a couple of months bacK. He gallbladder was removed. She is complaining these days for vision issues. Her eyesight is already weak and the number was around 3.00. Now she complains that she has vision issues. Please guide where to go for her eyesight issue and is there any possibility of a problem of such nature Due to laparoscopy? Thanks.
