Assalam O Alaikum Doctors, I am 26, unmarried and a diabetic patient. I went for a regular eye check and doctor suggested me some eye tests. I am attaching the reports below. Please guide me what to do. Your help will be highly appreciated. Thank You!

w.s this scan showa you have weak eye sight. for which purpose ophthalmologist advised you this? what was he/she you are wearing glasses and your vision is fine with glasses and there is no damage on retina due to diabetes, then you are fine

Dr. I have a blur vision issue sometimes so after examination he suggested the scan. My eye sight has not changed in two years. Furthermore, there is no damage due to diabetes.

you need to get examined , do you have frequent eye allergies?
Whats the duration of diabetes?
GET your Hb A1c done from any good lab
your reduced vision may be due to refraction change ( glasses) or DME diabetic macular edema which needs to be treated

No I don't have any allergy now but back in my childhood I used to have severe eye allergies. I am diabetic for two years now and I am on insulin. My HbA1c is normal.
