Asking for Self, Male, 19 years old, Islamabad
AOA. I recently had a checkup by an ophthalmologist and had hess charting done.
I was hit by a stone on my left orbital rim a few years ago. After that my left eye is a little droopy. Left check has had minor muscle palsy. I have to struggle to focus on things with both eyes at far distance.
Problem goes away if I shut left eye or tilt my head to the right.
I don't want to live with this problem for the rest of my my life. It isn't obvious but it does affect me. Doctor said nothing is wrong.
I wanted to get a second opinion and ask if there were any other test to diagnose the problem.

Although, your test seems normal but symptoms suggest that you have left Superior Oblique (Forth Nerve) palsy.
It needs assessment to see if it's congenital or acquired & the underlying cause...
Clinical Examination may reveal something.
Non Surgical Options.. You can be given weak prisms
Surgical.. Weaken the Inferior Oblique muscle...
this is totally fine according to this test... but i suggest to repeat this test..... your symptoms and test don't corelate.... and further prism test should be done
you you also have diplopia?
