A child cross his eyes not by birth but at age of 3.8 I came to know tht my son is suffering from an eye crossed disease n same case with my youngest son too he is of 4 yrs
it depends whether the squint is due to blurring/decrease of vision or some other cause. and whether it gets normal or better with glasses or not. only then decision of surgery is taken. so complete examination is required

initial examination is mandatory,then we can do cycloplegic refraction and advise of the time squint is corrected with glasses but some time surgery may be required
