in childhood I got scratched by nail of hen and loss complete vision of my right eye. now is it possible to recover it?. black liquid from eye totaly discharged, eye looks white with light black circle.

Your pic shows it’s a small soft eye called phisis bulbi.
Unfortunately vision can’t be restored but cosmetic appearance of the eye can be managed
