Asking for Father, Male, 66 years old, faisalabad
My father is 66 years old and was recently diagnosed with glaucoma and lost his 90% vision. He had surgery for glaucoma, and the doctor said the pressure in his eyes is now normal. However, his vision has not improved. I wanted to ask: Is there any way to improve his vision, even a little? Are there any new treatments or therapies that might help?
regenerative therpy have some role in it
Glaucoma is irreversible, however he needs assessment whether any treatable causes present, treating that would improve the vision quality.
The Vision lost by Glaucoma is permanent. However if any other treatable issue coexists causing additional vision loss like Cataract, then it can be treated
for glaucoma patient vision can be stabilized. there is no chance of improvement.
