This is Dr Saheefa,
before further proceedings I would like to know if you had develop fever (is there any recorded thermometer reading of 100 F more?)
Secondly I would like to know if you have any history of allergies yourself or any family history? Do you smoke or are you continuously exposed to smoking? Any family history of asthma?
Are you a student? or do you work? if you work what is the nature of your work.
Are your symptoms continuous, or has there been improvement on and off?
I would appreciate it if you could answer these questions so we can find an accurate solution to your problem which is persisting for 7-8 months
