Considering acalculus cholecystitis, her pain must be persistent. Plz get her CBC and complete LFTs. She needs supportive treatment in the form of iv fluids, painkillers and broad spectrum antibiotics. If symptoms do not improve she is gonna need cholecystectomy.

you need to get her further workup done like CBC, LFTs and UDR. By looking at those, medications will be advised along with IV administration for severe attacks. InshaAllah both the conditions can be cured easily. In case after meds still repetitive severe episodes are coming so you will have to get it removed.
