my son is 14 year old he is facing problem of excess saliva production during talk. when he talk laugh he keeps drooling. due to this his spoech is also effected his sound is blurring, not clear. he cant chew his food properly and cant eat spicy food. cant understand his problem. done with brain mri which is normal. whats the problem. kindly suggest treatment and to whom i consult. worried about his speech.

don't find any exact cause whats the issue ENT specialist said everything normal. neurosurgeon also said everything normal but problem is still there not improving. he cant speak clealy
