She is too young. Is she anxious or stressed? chest pain anxiety aur stress mai b hota hai zada tar young logon main.
ECG karwaen, CBC, troponin agar ab b chest pain hora ha. Cardiac pain rule out pehly karwa lain.
Definitely need a thorough history and get cbc and ecg done , if it’s breathlessness can be due to iron deficiency.

U need to get proper checkup. Ecg when re occurs. It could be anxiety or panic attack. Could also be low iron
