Asking for Sister, Female, 39 years old, Lahore
The patient has been experiencing several persistent symptoms, including progressively increasing eosinophil levels on blood tests, a recurring hive-like skin rash that appears nearly daily ( red rash with tiny hive like bump) with intermittent breathing difficulties. While a rheumatologist has already evaluated the patient and ruled out autoimmune disorders, these symptoms continue without clear explanation. We now require guidance on which specialist would be most appropriate for further evaluation - allergist/immunologist, dermatologist or a haematologist. Basic CBC is attached
It can be cholinergic urticaria This condition causes small, itchy bumps (wheals) with a red flare, often triggered by exercise, heat, or emotional stress or can be atonic dermatitis so you should see a dermatologist to rule out.0
Refer to an Allergist/Immunologist first for targeted workup of allergic or immune-related eosinophilia and respiratory symptoms, with possible secondary referral to a dermatologist or hematologist depending on findings
