Asking for Self, Male, 20 years old, Karachi

Assalam-o-Alaikum doctor, My endoscopy was done two months ago because of chronic acid reflux and stomach pain and the diagnosis by my physician was Gastritis. He gave me Seroxcat CR 25mg, novipraz 20mg, and Fibo sachet which I have been taking for 2 months. But Seroxat is very expensive and we have been going through a difficult time so I stopped taking it about a week ago to save money. But now since 3 days I am getting dizziness and chakkr that come and go suddenly. Today I am also feeling very nauseated and can't work even. Should I start taking the medicine again? Please doctor suggest something that is a bit affordable than Seroxat.

My doctor gave 25mg for Seroxat CR. So is it fine to take peroxa 20mg? I am only confirming no disrespect intended doctor.
