So the thing is based on your history it's quite obvious thay your allergic rhinitis might have converted to chronic rhinitis or might be post bronchiolitis. Here's what you need to do , first manage your nasal allergy ( mild intranasal steroid spray or OTC anti allergic medicine), 2ndly to keep your sinus drainage open have daily 2 times steam/ nasal saline drops, next to clear chest mucus you have to try some muvolytic syrup which is also available over the counter, if symptoms persist go to near By ENT and get your CXR and allergic test done and please don't consume extra medications unless approved by your reliable doctor.
