Talk to General Practitioner on Thyroid Surgery And Complications

Assalamu alaykum.
I had thyroid surgery 7 years ago. From last few weeks I had cough breathlessness and pressure on chest. Got x ray done. Report is attached. CT scan contrast report awaited. It's expected that thyroid is enlarged and it's pressing and moving towards lungs. In case CT scan proves that who will do surgery.
I mean which sub speciality. Last time general surgery professor did it.
Secondly please advise if enlargement is just thyroid???

Our decision is pending till Ct scan report because x ray reporting show superior mediastinal widening in my opinion its not retrosternal goitre which is compressing do contact me after ct scan report.
