Kindly give a more detailed history. How long has he had paralysis and which limbs are involved, how did it develop and what was the rate of progression, what can he do and what he can’t, is he able to swallow, can he walk ? early history birth trauma family history etc. you must have consulted a neurologist who made the diagnosis. What investigations were performed to support the diagnosis?
