Talk to Gynecologic Oncologist on Breast Lump With History Of TSH And Prolactin Imbalance

Im 23 years old, unmarried, In 2021 or 2022 I found out that i had hormonal imbalance of tsh and prolactin..In 2024 I again started feeling pain in my breasts around periods and after taking shower.. It was like a needle sharp and it didn't happened consistently... It used to happen for 1-2 second and then no pain at all even while touching the area...I got my ultrasound and i found out that i have one hypoechoic multilobulated fibroadenoma lesion size (4.99 × 1.94 cm) in my right breast and one hypoechoic bilobulated small lesion on my left breast (1.24 × 0.80 cm) Also my right axilla showed single intact fatty hilum lymph node measures (1.35 × 0.5 cm).. need advise from breast specialist Will it cover with medication??
