Asking For Wife, Female 25, abbottabad
yesterday done 20weeks anomly scan I want to check its normal scan report or have some poroblem .my previous child was maicrocepalic special child.

-Dear as per report both head circumference and bipartieral duameter corresponds to 19wks where as abdominal circumference corresponds to 20wks .
-According to report they could not see any anomaly but 100%anomaly they could not Exclude .
there is one week difference in measure of head and abdomen .
have gradual scan and antenatal follow ups .
it would be better to have chorionic villous sampling or amniocentesis to check detailed genetic study.

can you suggest me if I m going for another anomaly scan wich is 100'/, anomaly in these days ?
At 22 wks have scan for cardiac out flow tract .can have another scan from Expertise hands for detailed anomaly for your satisfaction .in case any anomaly detects can have aminiocentesis for proper genetic work up in case if needed due to your previous history .

according to this scan report is normal but 100% not sure to detect any structural anomaly as some time after birth it appears that baby 's brain not working properly although develop has been fine .
so just keep on checking symmotoms ,have regular antenatal check ups ,neonatologist to get present at Birth to check new born .
in case of any develop entail delay after birth u can continue to have regular check ups with neonatologist .
