-Many factors can delay periods like stress, anxiety, sterneous exercise, sudden weight gain or weight loss, illness, medications etc.
-Dear it's better to have blood pregnancy test (serum Beta hcg).
-if beta hcg is positive then have folic acid daily and report symmptoms to Gynae Emergency (one sided lower abdominal pain).
If beta hcg negative then u need Evaluation and Menstrual induction.
