salam dr my wife lmp were 20th feb she has pcos we did pregnancy strip test it was positive theb we went for ultra soud it was 5 week but there is no yolk sac fetal pole and heart beat is this possibility later it will be showm note she had dnc last year due to blighted ovum

yes this can happen if conception happen a bit late Don't worry just continue taking tab. folic acid 5mg once daily and repeat ultrasound in 2 weeks
