Talk to Gynecologist on 6 Week Preg Bleeding

I'm 6 week pregnant I had bleeding three days ago I went to Dr. she did my tvs ultrasound in which dr. said she saw the sac is in irregular shape n it's getting blur or faint . she ask me to terminate as she thinks it's might not grow or eat medicine for a week n we'll see if there is any chances or not .. I'm eating duphaston from three days n no bleeding from three days there any chance in sac's growth? is it a plus sign I'm v confused. does sac can become regular ? kindly guide me in this matter I'll be v thankful. regards.
