Talk to Gynecologist on About Prenatal Vitamin.

I wanted to ask benefits of taking prenatal vitamin Natalvit IQ in pregnancy. I was taking this medicine for 3 months before conception (it suited me well, my periods came on track along with good flow and I concieved without a problem). Asked my gynecologist if I can continue this, she told me I can if i want to. She didn't insisted nor resisted so I am confused as what if I take this medicine and it creates problem with my baby and if I didn't take prenatals what if I'll have weakness which I already feel. Please share your knowledge on this particular medicine. P.S: I am currently 12 weeks into pregnancy.
