Hi, I am getting married to my cousin (Mamu's daughter).

My dada and dadi aren't cousins. My parents aren't cousins. My nana and nani aren't cousins and my Mamu and moomani aren't cousins.

I am the one in my khandan who is getting married with the cousin.

But I am confused at the same time about the consequences for future children. In my dadiyal every uncle aunt and their children are healthy and fit. But in my naniyal, there's a problem of infertility.

All of Mamus and khalas are married with their first cousins except the one with whom I'm getting married. Like her parents are not cousins.

So I'm concerned about the genetics disorders in the future children.
