Asking For Sub Chorionic Bleed In Early Pregnancy

Question

Got a positive result two days ago and got myself checked today and doctor told me intrauterine gest sac with surrounding sub chorionic bleed. I wanted to ask is it very alarming? Should i be worried because this is causing stress. Please tell i will be very thankful
