Assalam u Alaikum, my cousin got married 4 years a go and still they haven't conceived. She is 44 years old, last year she went to the doctor, she asked her to get a Follicle Ultrasound Done. The Doctor asked her to come on the 12-13 day of her cycle. Is it necessary to get it done on 12-13 day?

Aoa if she has regular cycle then 12th day of the cycle Scan is for follicle tracking. Otherwise at this age group she should consult , have hormonal profile and advise. She should not wait for natural conception coz it is already late. Thanks

She should also get her FSH, LH and AMH levels done on day 1-3 of the cycle.
