I am 3 months and two weeks pregnant I am bleeding for last 2 days and lower belly pain I consult my doc yesterday and she said your baby is too down you may have a chances of miscarriage gave me IVF C injection and duphastan medicine. She told me for proper bed rest .now it's third day I am still bleeding plz guide me now I to do
