Talk to Gynecologist on Back Pain, Pubic Pain

Assalam u alaikum doctor, my LMP is 4 Nov, 25+ weeks pragnant. 1st was miscarriage at 6 weeks, this is my 2nd pragnancy. Weight 76 The problem I've been facing nowadays, i have severe lower back pain, tail bone pain and pubic pains. Means front and back side of my lower body (under legs part) is fully in pains or Itni zyda k rat ko sona karwat lena bythna sb difficult hua va ha. Taking calcium, iron, vit D medicines, and for pain my doc gave me duphaston or panadol, duphaston or panadol nai kha rhi me usually. Isk sath vaginal discharge b ha, not smelly or itchy. Mjh pochna ye tha agr bones soft ho rhi hen to kya abhi se ye sb normal ha? Or koi physical exercise kr skti hun kmr drd se relaxation k lie?
