Thanks you better do x-rays for lumbosacral region nd consult some orthopedic doctor

rule out urinary tract infection tht may present in many forms by doing MSU...
U shud do ur vitamin D levels...and consult sum good orthopedic doctor...
meanwhile use topical pain relieving creams and oral pain killers but its not the permanent solution...

Continue on calcium supplements. Don't sit for too long on hard surfaces. Inshallah it will settle with passage of time.
