Bacterial Vaginosis

Question

Please suggest something for bacterial vaginosis (I have started flagyl 
since  yesterday)

Symptoms: foul smell, extreme itch in the vulva, libia, and vaginal area, and thinner discharge than usual with a slightly grey tone

Do I need to apply something topically? And is flagyl enough to cure the infection? Do I need to take sitz bath or wash with apple cider vinegar and water? Pls help

first of all ask ur OBG to take ur high vaginal swab and pap using sum femina wash/lotion/shampoo etc...2-3 Ã—/day...
attend to ur OBG clinic then...

You need vaginal swab to be sent for culture sensitivity. Consult your gynaecologist
