salam.i am 12 weeks and 2 day pregnant.i checked my bhcg at 12 weeks and it drops from 82600 to 56800 in 10 days.i had done ultrasound the same day when blood drew for bhcg and everything is fine normal 12 weeks baby growth and 161 bpm .should i get worried ?

have rest,good diet, folic acid ,and progesterone support.wait and go for test again.
usg for details to exclude coexisting ectopic and twin.
