d/r shows few bacteria and mucus. bladder pain and heaviness . pain after passing suggest what to do I had given very less urine for sample but it was mid stream .does it have any affect on culture.

no dear i think a drop or two r enuf for culture and sensitivity...
take sum good cranberry juice twice a ur fluid intake...u can take fosfomycin 3gm stat to relieve u from ur urinary symptoms...
another thing to ask u is about ur per vaginal yes then gt tht treated to do a full bladder pelvic scan/TVS to hv a check on ur adenexa and other pelvic organs...
