Dear Doctors, cycle start 8 days before the date and facing heavy menstural bleeding after miscarriage. Feeling weakness, legs pain, abdominal and back pain. Kindly suggest multi-vitamins, iron or any other suitable medicine to cure this weakness and get menstrual cycle regular. Thanks

-Dear as urgent u will need complete blood count, thyroid function test and transvaginal scan.
-have balanced diet, weight and Bmi and complete treatment of any health issue u have.
-have tab ponstan 500 mgs 8 hrly from day 2 of periods for 3to 5 days.
-if bleeding is not responding on ponstan then other medications can be added.
-general, physical, local Examination along with Detailed history needed .
-have iron supplements. Calcium with vitamin D and folic acid.
-food better have that contains iron like carrot.
-collect reports and discuss here.

Start taking fefol Vit in the morning and tab cac1000 in the evening, during ur period days u need to take transamine and ponstan forte bd during the first 3 days of ur periods, it will lessen ur bleeding, as long as periods are regular after every 22 days , don’t worry , but if doesn’t get better , u will need more investigations like thyroid function tests and ultrasound

I really appreciate your kind and prompt reply on my post.
would you please tell me about the following tablets which i took today. either this combination is good or not. moreover, today bleeding is normal just feeling weakness.
* Polymalt (iron 3 Hydroxide polymaltose complex) 1 Tab in the morning
* Multi-vitamins Surbex Z in the evening.
For irregular period will wait till next date. then i will use your prescribed medicine.
